Please note that this system will be down from close of business on 16 July 2025 for two working days. From 21 July all Allianz warranties and claims must be processed through our new system GAWS. This includes policy application, administration, accounting and claims.

We have one month’s grace period for open claims, however, all user accounts will be disabled as of 22 August 2025.

Any open claims registered prior to 17 July 2025 on www.mbusedwarranty.co.uk will need to be processed and closed by 22 August. Any claims not processed in full during this time will be rejected and you will need to re-register the claim via GAWS.

All invoices and remittance statements for policies and claims registered prior to 17 July 2025 will no longer be accessible after 22 August and can only be obtained by contacting a member of our team.
